Key Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
- Manage chronic diseases and provide preventive care
- Offer acute/non‑urgent care
- Maintain EMR documentation in accordance with CPSO standards
- Participate in clinical coordination and quality improvement initiatives
- Fulfill all ROS obligations, reporting, and collaboration with Practice Ontario
