Support and inspire community members at the John W. Lindsay YMCA as a Wellness Coach. This part time position focuses on helping individuals achieve their fitness goals with dedicated support.

You will be part of the Health, Fitness, and Recreation team, providing hands-on assistance within the fitness facility. Building strong relationships with members and fostering engagement will be key to your success in this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide safe equipment orientation and tours
- Supervise member activity in the fitness center
- Encourage positive member engagement and feedback
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization
- Support program delivery and volunteer interaction

Requirements:

- Intermediate Workplace First Aid and CPR Level C
- Passion for health and fitness support
- Strong customer service experience
- Initiative in learning YMCA programming
- Must be available for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
