This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, fine dining environment and takes pride in providing attentive, knowledgeable, and professional service to every guest.

What You Will Do

- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and pricing
- Make recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Accurately take orders and process payments
- Accommodate guest requests and dietary needs in accordance with restaurant standards
- Complete pre and post shift duties as assigned
- Support overall restaurant operations, including assisting with seating or guest flow as needed

What You Bring

- Previous serving experience, preferably in a fine dining environment
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, polished approach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Team oriented with a willingness to take direction
- Pro Serve certification required
- Experience with POS systems considered an asset

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as required
- Ability to push and pull equipment as needed
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends

Work Environment

The work environment is a hotel setting, which has the following conditions: medium-high noise environment; high traffic area for internal guests, exposure to moving parts and equipment such as vacuum, steam cleaner, washer, and dryer. Potential exposure to theft and/or belligerent guests.

Exposure to chemicals. Frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment. Exposure to sharps and biohazards.
