Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the voice of the union at hearings
- Conduct legal assessments for resolution proposals
- Draft and deliver case presentations
- Engage in negotiations with management
- Fulfill additional advocacy-related assignments
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in labour law
- Juris Doctorate or related legal degree preferred
- Expertise in grievance file management
- Solid understanding of BC labour legislation
- Must possess a valid B.C. Drivers License
