We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead a team of HR professionals and help drive key people initiatives across the business. What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals
- Support succession planning and professional development within the HR team
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and talent strategies
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters
- Support managers in navigating performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and workplace concerns
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies




- Participate in salary review processes and market benchmarking
- Manage benefit plan administration and ongoing vendor relationships
- Make recommendations to enhance employee wellness and engagement programs
- Evaluate, streamline, and improve HR processes, policies, and procedures
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency through automation and best practices
- Lead HR projects and support change management initiatives
- Collaborate with business leaders to address organizational challenges
- Use HR metrics and data to support decision-making
- Support talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and organizational development efforts
- Contribute to long-term HR strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- CHRL or CHRP designation
- Previous experience leading and developing an HR team
- Strong employee relations experience within a large organization
- Experience managing compensation and benefits programs
- Demonstrated success implementing or improving HR processes, systems, and procedures
