About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Water Depot Bracebridge. As the face of our store, you will provide top-tier service by assisting customers with their water filtration needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting customers as they come into the store
- Assist customers with filling water bottles and loading them into their vehicles
- Process transactions using our Point-of-Sale system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store workplace through regular tidying and restocking.
- Learn the basics of filtration systems to answer common customer questions (training provided)
- Occasionally answering the phone to assist customers and answer questions

Requirements

- Ability to comfortably and repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs (standard 5-gallon water jugs and salt bags).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
- Previous sales experience is considered a strong asset.
- Basic computer skills
