Own growth in your community

Mage Networks is hiring a full-time Community Sales Representative to win new customers and grow recurring revenue in Clearwater County. You will meet residents and local businesses, explain Mage’s internet services, manage follow-up, and turn interest into installed customers. This is a field sales role. You will spend much of your time in the community, speaking with people directly, building local relationships, and owning your results. You must live in Clearwater County or within practical daily travelling distance of it.

What you will own:

Your two primary outcomes are:

1. Winning new installed customers that generate recurring revenue for Mage

2. Delivering agreed territory revenue and net customer growth targets

You will:

- Build demand through door-to-door outreach, referrals, local events, and follow-up.
- Explain Mage services, pricing, installation requirements, and customer perks clearly
- Turn qualified interest into installed customers
- Build and manage a pipeline with a clear next action for every prospect
- Keep accurate customer and activity records in Mage’s customer relationship management system
- Work with installation and customer support teams to ensure a clear handover
- Identify relay host opportunities that may extend local coverage, where relevant
- Represent Mage professionally and build trust in the community

What success looks like:

You will succeed when you consistently generate new installed customers, grow recurring revenue, and meet agreed territory targets. Supporting measures include disciplined outreach, timely follow-up, accurate records, realistic customer expectation setting, and a healthy pipeline

What we are looking for:





You are likely a fit if you:

- Enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations
- Have experience in sales, business development, retail, customer service, community outreach, or another customer-facing role
- Can work independently and manage your own time
- Follow through reliably and keep organised records
- Are comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and customer relationship management system
- Can travel throughout the territory for field activity
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and have reliable transport, where required
- Telecommunications experience is useful but not required.

Mage provides training on products, territory planning, sales process, and customer systems.

Compensation: Base pay plus commission and performance incentives.

Location Requirement: Applicants must reside within a 30-minute commute of the work location to be considered for this position.
