Burlington Medical Aesthetics is seeking an experienced and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. We are looking for a confident professional with extensive experience operating advanced laser technologies and providing exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, results-driven, and comfortable performing a variety of medical aesthetic treatments while educating patients and creating customized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

- Perform advanced laser treatments, including laser hair removal, pigmentation correction, skin rejuvenation, vascular treatments, acne treatments, and tattoo removal (depending on experience and certification).
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and concerns.
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, pre- and post-care instructions, and skincare recommendations.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and patient documentation.
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely and in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Promote and recommend medical-grade skincare products.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment completion.

Qualifications:

- Certified Medical Aesthetician.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetics environment preferred.




- Strong experience with advanced laser platforms is required.
- Experience with Alma, Soprano, Pico, LaseMD, or similar technologies is considered a solid asset.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and sales skills.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Ability to build long-term patient relationships and treatment plans.

We are seeking a candidate who is confident and independent when operating advanced laser devices and understands laser physics, treatment parameters, indications, contraindications, and patient safety. The successful candidate will be able to assess patients, customize treatments, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
