Qualifications:

- Customer Service Experience (min. 1-2 years)
- Language proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of technology and the ability to operate smartphones/ gadgets and navigate their settings (required)
- Must possess basic typing skills and be able to quickly grasp how to navigate different operating systems
- A solid drive and commitment to sales
- A strong focus on building positive relationships with customers
- A willingness to learn and receive feedback in order to improve performance and development

- Provide excellent customer service




- Work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Demonstrate a robust ability to both promote and sell our Bell products and services
- Show a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales performance targets
- Updating daily visual merchandising on sales floor
