Summary of Position: The Sales Lot Attendant is responsible for keeping the lot and showroom organized. In addition, the individual provides assistance to Lot Manager, Facilities Manager, Sales Management, and other lot duties.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Communicates with reception and sales consultants in order to coordinate vehicle location, presentation,



and delivery

- Ensures the lot and showroom vehicles are clean and organized

- Drives safely and carefully while obeying traffic regulations at all times and has no accident record

- Is thorough with all cars and paying great attention to detail to ensure all vehicles are ready before delivery – fuel, wash, wax, and polish scratches when necessary

- Works well as a team and completes duties without direct supervision

- Be knowledgeable when inspecting new cars that are dropped off at the lot

- Fuel up vehicles and navigate cars in the lot

- Help in preparing for new car delivery, check and update delivery sheet

- Open gates and move blockers cars

- Coordinate deliveries with detail

- Ensures customer parking and front line are tidy and efficient with navigating and organizing all vehicles, including demos

Qualifications:

- Valid BC Driver’s License, Class 7 or Class 5 and must be able to provide driving abstract

- Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision

- Strong team player and ability to cooperate with various departments

- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

- Solid time management skills





- Able to withstand working in a semi-outdoor environment

- The ability to drive a manual transmission is an asset

- Other duties as assigned by management

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Environment:

Our hours of operations are below. The hours and days of work depending on your role with a 40-hour workweek for full-time employment.

- 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday

- 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday

- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday

- 11:00 pm to 5:00 pm Sunday & Statutory Holidays
