Vision Therapist/Clinical Support – VUE Cubed Vision Therapy (Guelph, ON).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour
Schedule:

- Days & Evenings required.
- No weekends.
- Work Location: In-person.

VUE Vision Therapy is looking for a Vision Therapist to join our Guelph team! No previous Vision Therapy experience? No problem. We provide all the training you need.

About the Role

As a Vision Therapist, you’ll work one-on-one with children, teens, and adults in a supportive, clinical environment. You’ll help patients overcome vision challenges that affect learning, reading, attention, and daily life. Through personalized activities, encouragement, and consistent progress tracking, you’ll guide patients to graduate from therapy and unlock their full potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

Clinical Responsibilities

- Provide individualized vision therapy sessions based on tailored treatment plans




- Build strong rapport with patients and their families
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Keep the therapy environment tidy, organized, and engaging

Level 1 Clinical Support

- Welcome and check in patients
- Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and payments
- Support intake process and conduct basic pre-testing
- Prepare charts and upload patient documents
- Respond to phone calls and assist with general office tasks

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

- Experience in education, psychology, healthcare, or child development
- Previous work with children
- Commitment to staying for at least one year
