## Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth operation of our medical office by providing excellent administrative support. Any previous experience with medical aesthetics is an asset for this position as well.

## Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar
- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently
- Collect patient information, do vital measurements, and patient basic testing.
- Assist with billing and coding procedures would be an asset

- Referral follow up,
- Perform general office duties such as scanning, faxing, and data entry

- Work as a team member

- Sterilization process management

## Qualifications




- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures
- Experience with electronic medical records systems like AVA Industries is preferred
- Strong administrative skills including knowledge of office procedures and phone systems
- Previous experience as in a medical office setting is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Diploma from Bow Valley College, SAIT or other institutions is preferred.
