Mountain West Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for a proven leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining a safe and productive job site, and developing the next generation of roofers.

How we will help you learn and develop your career:

· Lead crews on a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial roofing projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

· Apply your expertise across Asphalt Shingles, Modified Bitumen (Torch-On), and Single-Ply roofing systems.

· Plan and coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and site logistics to keep projects running smoothly.





· Maintain a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all WorkSafeBC regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

· Take ownership of project schedules, productivity, quality control, and successful on-time completion.

· Act as the primary on-site representative, building strong relationships with clients, general contractors, consultants, and project superintendents while delivering exceptional customer service.

Who we are looking for:

· 3+ years’ experience as a foreman.

· Proven experience leading roofing crews and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and hold crews accountable to high-performance standards.

· Extensive knowledge of Asphalt Shingles, Modified Bitumen (Torch-On), and Single-Ply roofing systems.

· Excellent planning and organizational skills to coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and daily site operations.

· Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

· Thorough understanding of WorkSafeBC regulations and a demonstrated commitment to creating a safe work workplace.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to work professionally with clients, general contractors, consultants, and project managers.

· A reliable, solutions-focused leader who takes ownership of every project and sets the standard for professionalism on the job site.

· Class 5 Drivers License required.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
