About the Role





We are hiring a highly experienced commercial roofer with strong leadership ability and proven knowledge of flat roofing systems, especially SBS torch-on. In this role, you will help lead field work, support crew performance, and make sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This position is a strong fit for someone who can take ownership on site, communicate clearly with project managers, and help create a productive, professional crew environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and support roofing crews on commercial flat roofing projects
- Install, repair, and replace SBS, PVC, TPO, EPDM, and other flat roofing systems
- Complete SBS torch-on work to a high professional standard
- Troubleshoot leaks, roof damage, waterproofing issues, and repair needs
- Install flashings and complete related sheet metal details
- Keep job sites organized, safe, and productive
- Follow company safety procedures and promote safe work habits on site
- Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and other trades as required
- Help plan materials, workflow, and day-to-day site needs
- Support quality control and make sure work is completed properly

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of commercial flat roofing experience
- Robust hands-on experience with SBS torch-on systems
- Proven ability to lead a crew and keep work moving efficiently
- Comfortable working with SBS, PVC, TPO, EPDM, and related commercial roofing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot roofing issues
- Skilled with roofing tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Valid BC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- Red Seal or trade certification is an asset
