Description

- Work closely with the project team to execute technical user stories and application configuration as defined by the product owner
- Work closely with the business analyst to translate the customer requirements into configured functionality
- Work closely with QA to ensure the quality of the delivery
- Assist the development team in technical development
- Work closely with the project team to ensure timely intervention during user acceptance testing
- Work closely with the pre-sales team to ensure quality configuration of demos
- Work on multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously

Skills and Certifications

- Salesforce certification is highly desired,



or candidate will be required to get one within 60 days of joining
- Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration knowledge - Advanced
- Salesforce Lightning Experience configuration - Operational
- Salesforce Flows configuration - Operational
- Salesforce Approvals configuration - Operational
- Salesforce Reporting configuration - Operational
- Salesforce Teams, Roles, Profiles configuration - Operational
- Dataloader - Operational
- Salesforce mobile online configuration is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in working with agile scrum methodology
