About the Role:
We are seeking a junior law clerk or legal assistant who is organized, self-driven, and eager to learn. This position offers significant hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse areas of law. The ideal candidate is comfortable working under pressure, takes ownership of their work, and strives to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents and court materials
- Support real estate closings, corporate filings, and estate matters
- Manage client files, scheduling, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and assist with document drafting
- Coordinate service and filing with courts and registries

Qualifications:





- Law Clerk Diploma or post-secondary education in a related field (or equivalent experience) is an Asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Adobe, Cosmolex, familiarity with legal software is an asset
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
