Job Summary

Responsibilities:

● Assist with grading, excavation, drainage, and site preparation

● Perform general labour and site cleanup

● Shovel, rake, move soil, gravel, and other materials

● Load and unload materials and equipment

● Operate basic hand tools and equipment

● Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

● Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely

● Other duties as required

Qualifications:

● Previous construction, landscaping, or labour experience is an asset

● Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual work

● Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

● Robust work ethic and positive attitude

● Able to follow directions and work well with others

● Valid driver’s licence is an asset

● Experience operating construction equipment is an asset
