Duties

- Clean luxury vacation homes between guest stays to Peak & Palette's premium standards.
- Prepare homes to create an exceptional first impression for every guest.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces with meticulous attention to detail.
- Change and make beds, replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.




- Identify and report maintenance issues or property damage.
- Complete quality checklists and document completed work.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding schedules, property readiness, and any concerns.
- Occasionally assist teammates during busy periods or when additional support is needed.
- Represent Peak & Palette Homes with professionalism, integrity, and pride.

Qualifications

- Reliable, dependable, and accountable.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and climbing stairs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous residential or hospitality cleaning experience is an asset, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed in the vacation rental industry.
