Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through eyelash extensions and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves performing eyelash extension applications, assisting clients at the front desk, and promoting retail products to enhance their experience. Duties

- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for clients
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable lash styles or enhancements
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Upsell retail products such as lash care kits and other beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area, adhering to health regulations




- Educate clients on aftercare procedures to prolong the longevity of their eyelash extensions
- Build lasting relationships with clients through friendly communication and personalized service

Skills

- Proven experience with eyelash extensions application and techniques
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and clear communication
- Experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
