We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team workplace. Duties

- Execute various labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
- General site cleanup, carpentry, etc.

Requirements





- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team setting.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction or manufacturing is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
