We are looking to add an Executive Legal Assistant to our team to work with one of our Partners. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate and solid mentorship. Position Overview

We use Netdocuments, GoVeyance, Soluno and Appara software programs, so experience in these or comparable programs is helpful but not necessary.

It is important to be organized, willing to learn,



have a great attitude and be comfortable using many computer programs. The successful candidate will have great client-focused communication skills, the ability to work independently and provide in-office conveyance support with a reasonable file load.

Duties include administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, email and phone communication with clients and legal work in wills and estates, corporate, and conveyance. Some legal training or experience is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
