Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Tandoori Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management, with a focus on authentic tandoori cuisine. Duties

- Prepare and cook authentic tandoori dishes with precision and consistency, adhering to established recipes and quality standards
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including supervising kitchen staff and managing food preparation processes
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards
- Manage food service activities, including serving dishes to guests and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of ingredients
- Lead the kitchen team by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations
- Assist in menu development and presentation to enhance customer experience

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management, preferably within the food industry or hospitality sector
- Supervising experience with team management skills essential for leading kitchen staff effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in serving customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food industry best practices, and restaurant operations
- Passion for culinary arts, especially authentic tandoori cuisine, with a commitment to quality and excellence

Pay: $17.20-$37.02 per hour
