We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill two vital roles: a Crew Lead to drive project success and Experienced Painters who take pride in high-quality craftsmanship. Core Responsibilities

For the Crew Lead Painter (Leadership Focus)

- Site Management: Oversee daily operations, manage project timelines, and ensure the crew stays on track.
- Quality Control: Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure every finish meets our premium standards.
- Team Mentorship: Delegate tasks effectively and provide onsite training to junior painters.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary onsite contact for clients to ensure total satisfaction.

For the Experienced Painter (Execution Focus)

- Surface Preparation: Perform expert sanding, scraping, patching, and masking.
- Expert Application: Apply primers, paints, and specialty finishes with precision.
- Site Care: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all surfaces are properly protected.
- Collaboration: Work efficiently with the team to complete high-quality projects on time.
