Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our financial team. Duties

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, and others to ensure accurate financial data entry and record keeping
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently while maintaining vendor and customer relationships
- Perform account reconciliations regularly to verify accuracy of financial statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist with payroll processing using systems like ADP, Kronos, Ceridian, UltiPro, or Workday to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
- Support budgeting and financial analysis activities by reviewing expenses and preparing reports for management review




- Conduct account analysis to identify trends or anomalies that require further investigation or adjustment
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Experience

- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, Workday, Ceridian, UltiPro, Kronos or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, account reconciliation procedures, and data entry accuracy
- Previous experience handling accounts payable and receivable processes in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Ceridian is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed account analysis and support budgeting activities
- Excellent math skills combined with analytical thinking to interpret financial data effectively
- Prior exposure to financial services or related industries is a plus
