Overview
We are seeking skilled Gravel Crushing, Skid Steer, Loader, Excavator and Dozer Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong mechanical knowledge and experience in aggregate crushing operations.

Duties

- Operate and monitor crushing equipment and heavy equipment.
- Routine inspections and maintenance on plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors

Requirements

- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating crushing equipment and heavy machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines effectively.
- Ability to work in a busy setting with moving mechanical equipment, traffic, varying weather conditions and noise levels.
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

- Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (required)
- aggregate crushing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
