We are a growing beauty salon dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality beauty treatments. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients with a warm and skilled attitude
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Recommend salon services and retail products
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with client check-in and check-out
- Coordinate with technicians and staff regarding daily appointments
- Handle customer questions and resolve minor concerns professionally
- Monitor inventory of front desk supplies
- Support daily salon operations as needed

Qualifications

- Previous receptionist, customer service, or retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset




- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and booking software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Weekend availability preferred

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a beauty salon, spa, or medical aesthetics clinic
- Sales or retail experience
- Social media experience (Instagram, TikTok) is a bonus
- Knowledge of skincare, beauty products, or cosmetic services

- 8-hour shifts
