A Bread Affair is a certified organic artisan bakery looking for an experienced pastry professional with strong leadership skills to join our team.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys leading by example, coaching others, and maintaining exceptional standards. For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

- Coach and mentor team members.
- Support production planning.
- Lead by example.
- Help improve quality and consistency.
- Work closely with management on recent products and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Formal pastry training (required)
- Strong experience with laminated dough and viennoiserie
- Proven leadership or team coaching experience
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions
- Available for early mornings and weekends

Schedule





- Weekdays starting between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Participation in a rotating schedule of 2:00 a.m. production shifts required on weekends

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
