We are seeking a talented and personable Hairdresser to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to showcase creativity, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to a welcoming salon environment. The Hairdresser will be responsible for providing professional hair services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and promoting retail products to enhance client satisfaction.

Duties

- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling based on client preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
- Upsell retail hair care products to clients to support their ongoing hair health and styling needs.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments,



checking in clients, and handling payments.
- Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and current promotions.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills and personalized service.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber with a portfolio of diverse styles.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell retail products in a professional manner that enhances client satisfaction.
- Experience managing front desk duties including appointment scheduling and retail sales is preferred.
- Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
