Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Site Superintendent to lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. In this vital role, you will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive safety, efficiency, and excellence on-site, fostering a cooperative environment that promotes continuous improvement and successful project delivery.

Duties

- Lead daily in office operations, supervising construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents to verify project scope and technical accuracy.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 to track progress, update schedules, and manage documentation efficiently.
- Oversee quality control measures by inspecting work for compliance with specifications, schematics, and safety standards.
- Manage site logistics including material deliveries, equipment usage, and workforce scheduling to optimize productivity.
- Monitor project budgets closely,



controlling costs through effective budgeting practices while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in large-scale construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes and site management.
- Extensive construction experience with a solid grasp of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam (for document markup), Primavera P6 (for scheduling), and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety, quality control, and project timelines.
- Robust knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and best practices in the industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while ensuring attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the project team and stakeholders.
