JINYA Ramen Bar – Vancouver Downtown is hiring an energetic, friendly, positive, hands-on Team Lead to join our Front of House management team!

The Team Leads are part of our amazing group of Service Team Members who are responsible for providing our guests exceptional service, and our team members a vibrant working environment.

Hourly wages: $18.25-20.00 + Tips

Team Lead Responsibilities:

- Assisting managers in running the day to day of the business
- Supporting team members with their individual duties
- Filling in roles where needed: serving, bartending, hosting, take-out, etc.
- Ensuring exceptional guest service from greetings to goodbyes.




- Complete understanding of full menu to assist guests and team members
- Following all safety and sanitation rules/practices
- Upholding the JINYA brand standards

Qualifications:

- Leadership: Motivating, directing, and managing a team effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional guest service, every shift
- A positive attitude and smile, with an appetite to learn
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
