Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a skilled manner.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, ensuring proper change and receipt issuance.
- Conduct product demos and upsell relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays to attract customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and efficient service delivery.
- Use communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products, or store policies.




- Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product organization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic math for accurate transaction processing and balancing cash drawers.

Requirements

- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is advantageous.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person.
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus for product demos and upselling opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during shifts.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and balancing registers.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours effectively.
