Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic new member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This job encompasses a lot of different roles. It involves detailing/cleaning rental vehicles and putting them through the car wash; delivering and picking vehicles up from guests locations after a rental; customer service and support; taking vehicles to mechanic shops; and even car sales!

Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Cleaning vehicles once they come back from rentals
- Checking in and checking out vehicles as they go and come back from rentals




- Picking up and dropping off vehicles to and from guests location, to the mechanic, and auto body shop
- Car Sales (commission involved)
- Reply to guests on our app with professionalism and sincerity
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

- Fluency in English; multilingual skills are a plus to cater to diverse customers.
- Experience in car detailing is a plus
- Experience in rental cars is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure you are efficient with the tasks provided
- Exceptional customer service abilities, demonstrating patience and understanding in all interactions.
- Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Sales experience is a plus
