- Supervising residents and providing individuals assistance in their daily living
- Monitor medication and ensure proper reporting and procedures are followed
- Document care and interaction with residents in accordance with company policy
- Respond to scheduled and unscheduled requests for assistance with daily living
- Meal preparation during shifts
- Daily housekeeping for residents and common areas of the home
- Respond to persons in crisis and utilize de-escalation techniques if necessary and contact emergency personnel (police, ambulance etc.)
- Successful applicants will be fully trained on fire safety and fire evacuation policy with accordance to city laws.
- Communicate directly with management in a timely fashion, following company policies and procedures.
- Successful applicants must be people-oriented with excellent communication skills and decision making abilities.
- Wages to be negotiated based on experience in Supportive housing and Mental Health
