Overview

Duties

- Develop detailed project estimates including construction estimating to establish accurate budgets and resource allocations.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and construction inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle to identify issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Manage procurement processes, including reviewing bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits,



progress reports, and stakeholder updates; address any issues proactively to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all construction activities meet regulatory requirements and industry standards related to electrical systems, structural integrity, and safety protocols.

Experience

- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, demonstrating successful delivery of large-scale projects.
- Strong background in construction experience with an emphasis on electrical systems or related technical fields.
- Hands-on knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost control measures.
- Familiarity with quality inspection procedures, construction inspection practices, and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements applicable to construction sites.
- Prior experience utilizing project management software tools for scheduling, tracking progress, and documentation is highly desirable.
