SNT Patio Covers and Railings Ltd. specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of high-quality custom railings, gates, staircases, and patio covers for residential and commercial properties in the Greater Vancouver Area. We focus on craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and durable, stylish products tailored to each client’s unique preferences.

Job duties:

- Operate arc welding machines and gas welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal components for patio covers, railings, and related structures.
- Operate brazing and soldering equipment to join metal parts and fill seams, indentations, or holes in metal articles according to production specifications.
- Adjust welding heads, tooling, and machine settings based on work orders and material specifications.




- Assist in performing routine maintenance and assist in troubleshooting and repairing welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
- Inspect finished welds for defects, measure completed workpieces, and make minor adjustments as needed.

Skills requirements:

- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a welding machine operator, machine operator helper, or welder helper in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with MIG welding equipment is an asset.
- On-the-job training will be provided for site-specific equipment and processes.

Working Conditions:

- Indoor and outdoor fabrication environment.
- Exposure to noise, dust, and metal debris.
- All personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools required for the job will be provided
