Job Overview:

We are currently hiring a Full-Time and Part time Server/Bartender to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, whether you're behind the bar crafting drinks or on the floor ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Server:

- Greet and seat guests warmly and promptly.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently.
- Provide detailed menu knowledge, including allergen and dietary information.
- Check in regularly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and reset tables between guests.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.

As a Bartender:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Restock supplies and manage bar inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service flow.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a server and/or bartender role (required).
- Valid SMARTSERV certification (required).
- Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required).
- Legal age to serve alcohol.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service practices.
