Transportation Administration & Compliance
- Maintain equipment files, binders, and operational records.
- Collect, review, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs), driver timesheets, logbooks, and related documentation.
- Prepare and submit IFTA documentation.
- Support regulatory compliance through accurate recordkeeping and administrative processes.
- Assist with safety documentation, compliance reporting, and online safety management systems.
Customer Service & Office Administration
- Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, inquiries, and customer requests.
- Gather, document, and relay information accurately to the appropriate team members.
- Prepare customer quotations and assist with estimate development.
- Complete credit applications and customer pre-qualification documentation.
- Coordinate hotel accommodations and travel arrangements as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems, office records, and internal documentation.
- Update office procedures, manuals, and administrative resources as needed.
- Support office operations and assist with company events and employee initiatives.
Dispatch & Transportation Coordination (As Required)
- Support dispatch operations for Alpine Transport & Rigging as business needs require.
- Schedule and communicate driver assignments and trip details.
- Coordinate routes, loads, equipment, permits, and transportation requirements.
- Identify and arrange backhaul opportunities to maximize fleet utilization.
- Collaborate with the Prairie Crane dispatch team to coordinate trucking resources.
- Obtain transportation permits and assist with permit administration for Prairie Crane operations.
- Assist in resolving operational issues, including delays, route changes, equipment breakdowns, and permit-related matters.
Pay: $18.10-$32.25 per hour
