Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Concrete Worker to join our team for project in Fort Smith. The ideal candidate has experience with concrete placement and finishing and takes pride in producing high-quality work while following safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and set up forms for sidewalk construction.
- Place, level, and finish concrete.
- Install expansion joints and edge sidewalks.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and follow site plans and measurements.
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction with a focus on concrete work and related trades
- Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery used in concrete installation and finishing
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools,



and heavy machinery relevant to concrete work
- Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming, welding, flooring installation, and restoration techniques
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members on renovation or new construction projects
