We are a growing home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and individuals with healthcare needs live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

We are seeking a compassionate, high-energy Community Outreach Specialist to serve as the face of our business in Lethbridge.

In this role, you will build strategic partnerships, manage educational community initiatives, and drive brand awareness to ensure families in need know where to turn for trusted home care services.

Responsibilities

Strategic Networking: Build and maintain relationships with case managers, social workers, and discharge planners at local healthcare hubs like the Chinook Regional Hospital.Community

Engagement: Present care resources and host info tables at local senior hubs, including the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization (LSCO) and Nord-Bridge Seniors Centre.Medical & Professional Outreach:

Visit family clinics, pharmacies, and rehabilitation centers across Lethbridge to provide educational materials and build client referral pathways.

Event Coordination: Organize, set up, and represent the agency at local health fairs, wellness expos, and community gatherings.

Local Marketing Support:



Distribute brochures to independent living facilities, places of worship, and community bulletin boards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Lethbridge community support services and senior networks is highly preferred.

Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.Mobility:

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for local travel within Lethbridge and surrounding areas.

Background Check: Ability to pass a vulnerable sector police security clearance (required for healthcare environment compliance).

Assets: Previous experience in healthcare marketing, social work, senior care coordination, or community relations.
