Edmonton Marketing Solutions Incorporated is a business consulting and sales firm specializing in customer acquisition within the telecommunications sector. We are seeking a driven and professional Full-Time Sales Team Member to join our sales team in Edmonton.

As a Sales Team Member, you will engage directly with residential customers to understand their needs, present available communication and connectivity service options, and guide them through the full enrollment process from initial consultation through activation.

Sales Team Member Responsibilities:

- As a Sales Team Member, meet with customers in person to present communication and connectivity service options in a friendly and customer-focused manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service packages based on usage and lifestyle
- Clearly explain service features and perks in simple, accessible language
- Support customers through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate and efficient account setup
- As a Sales Team Member, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity




- Contribute to team performance through consistent customer engagement and follow-up
- As a Sales Team Member, represent the organization with professionalism and strong customer service standards

Sales Team Member Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in customer service or sales is an asset for a Sales Team Member
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new service information and systems

Sales Team Member Preferred Skills:

- A Sales Team Member should have the ability to recognize customer needs and guide solution-based conversations
- Confidence handling questions and objections
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
