Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Farm Worker to join our agricultural team. This role involves supporting daily farm operations, assisting with crop production activities. Responsibilities

- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules
- Use hand tools and power tools for various tasks such as fencing, repairs, and equipment adjustments
- Conduct general maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and efficiency of farm operations
- Support with heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or harvested produce as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures
