JOB DESCRIPTION :

The function is to plan, coordinate, supervise and control the smooth running of daily operations, the quality of services offered, driver assistance and customer satisfaction.

Our services

Remuneration and working conditions :

- Status: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday
- Schedule: Start around 6:00 a.m. OR finish around 6:00 p.m., to be discussed
- Salary: Competitive hourly rate based on all factors
- Overtime: Paid at time and a half (1.5)

responsibilities :

- Communication: Respond professionally to requests from school service centers and private clients.
- Planning: Adjust and optimize school bus routes and create charter itineraries.
- Assignment: Supervise and assign drivers (Class 2 and 4B license holders).
- Technology:



Track fleet movements using our geolocation systems.
- Support: Provide immediate logistical assistance and comprehensive support to drivers.

CONSIDERED SKILLS :

- Reliability: Exemplary adherence to schedules and respectful attendance management.
- Leadership: Team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience: Ideally in transportation or a related customer service role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using all technological tools.
- Languages: Fluency in French (spoken and written) and positive communication skills with our English-speaking clientele.

considered assets :

- College or professional diploma in transport logistics.
- Class 2 driving licence.
- Knowledge of passenger transport regulations.
