- Drive menu innovation using seasonal and locally inspired ingredients

- Manage food costs, labour targets and kitchen performance

What We're Looking For

- Proven success leading high-performing restaurant kitchens
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- A chef who balances innovation with operational excellence
- Experience managing food and labour costs without compromising quality
- Red Seal/Journeyman certification is an asset
- Someone who thrives in a hands-on hospitality-focused environment
