Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Non-Alcoholic Beer Ambassador to represent our brand at various events and promotional activities. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about beverage innovation, customer engagement, and have a hospitality background. The ambassador will serve as the face of our non-alcoholic beer products, creating memorable experiences for consumers and increasing brand awareness. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong interest in the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations at retail locations, festivals, and promotional events to educate consumers about non-alcoholic beer options
- Engage with customers in a friendly, qualified manner to generate interest and answer questions about the products
- Distribute samples and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team for ongoing campaign improvements




- Assist in setting up event displays and ensuring product presentation aligns with brand standards
- Promote brand awareness through social media engagement and community outreach efforts
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute promotional strategies effectively

Skills

- Prior experience in food service, sales, or marketing is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
- Experience in product demos or public speaking is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments
