Job Summary
Work at a busy downtown Collingwood restaurant. Positions open now for takeout counter and market. Cashiers and order taking employees needed for front of the house. training available for energetic individuals. Takeout counter employees interact with customers, take orders from phone or in person, take Uber orders. Fun and relaxed setting, generous tip outs and no hassle days off. Part time available, Friday and Saturday nights with expanded hours in the summer, very busy and fast paced setting

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with their takeout orders both in person and via phone.
- Accurately take and input orders using POS systems and Uber eats
- Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and ready for timely pickup.
- Provide friendly and professional phone etiquette when handling inquiries or order modifications.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area to promote a welcoming environment.
- Handle customer concerns or questions professionally,



striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest service at all times.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with serving, restaurant operations, or hotel environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette are essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
