Front of House Staff – Prepshop (GTA)

Prepshop, the GTA’s leading meal‑prep company for over 10 years, is looking for a friendly, reliable Front of House Staff Member to join our team. If you enjoy connecting with people, keeping operations running smoothly, and being part of a fast‑paced food environment, this role is for you.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll help create a welcoming, positive experience in‑store and over the phone. You’ll support daily front‑of‑house operations and ensure customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting customers and building strong, friendly relationships
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions




- Providing general customer support and assisting with inquiries

What We’re Looking For

- Solid communication and customer service skills
- A positive, approachable attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
