We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and assist with restoration projects, including balcony, masonry, concrete, building envelope, windows, waterproofing, and caulking work. If you are hardworking and committed to delivering GREAT results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Supervise and assist crews on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
- Operate equipment, tools, and work at heights on platforms, scaffolding, and lifts
- Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and schedules
- Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed
- Complete daily reports and track project progress
- Train and guide workers, monitor performance, and resolve issues
- Maintain tools, equipment, site cleanliness and minimize material waste
- Report to project managers

Hourly Wage: Depending on experience
