Arctic Chiller Ltd. is a fast-growing Canadian bottled water and beverage manufacturer entering an exciting new phase of expansion. With significant investments in new high-speed production equipment, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Production Manager / Maintenance Manager to help lead our manufacturing operations into the future. Hours are typically 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday (time may be subject to shift frequently)

Responsibilities

● Lead and oversee daily production operations.

● Learn, understand, and become the in-house expert on our new high-speed production equipment.

● Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

● Work closely with equipment suppliers during installation, commissioning, and training.

● Develop maintenance schedules and ensure maximum equipment uptime.

● Improve production efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

● Train, mentor, and support production staff.

● Ensure all health and safety standards are met.

● Help prepare the production team for increased capacity and future growth.

Qualifications





● Strong mechanical aptitude with experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.

● Previous experience as a Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or similar manufacturing leadership role.

● Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.

● Experience with automated production lines is a strong asset.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

● Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
