We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Female Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.




- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations in all aspects of food handling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
