About Intelect Workforce

Intelect Workforce is a growing staffing and workforce solutions company providing recruitment services across the GTA. We specialize in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, food production, hospitality, and industrial staffing. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates using Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate placements with clients.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with candidate onboarding.
- Follow up with candidates before and after interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

- Previous recruitment or staffing agency experience is preferred.
- Experience recruiting for warehouse,



manufacturing, food production, or hospitality roles is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Indeed.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: $38,578.68-$50,000.00 per year
